ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
Our Associate Program is designed to bridge the gap between cosmetology school and long-term success behind the chair.
This hands-on mentorship program allows new stylists to work closely alongside experienced educators while developing both technical skills and confidence. Associates receive real-world salon experience while learning how to create an elevated guest experience from consultation to finish.
During the program, associates receive training in areas including:
- Consultation & communication
- Blonding & lived-in color techniques
- Haircutting & finishing
- Extension fundamentals
- Client retention & rebooking
- Social media & personal branding
- Retail recommendations
- Time management & productivity
- Luxury guest experience standards
Associates also receive opportunities to work on models, build clientele, and continue practicing their skills in a supportive environment.
